In 2025 directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller brought me in to explore the auroras on planet Adrian for the "Time Go Fishing" sequence. How those could play in terms of colour, lighting and emotional arc through the sequence.
The sequence was already deep in the VFX pipeline at ILM, so all the shots and compositions were already locked. I explored colours ideas through a rough colour script and paint-overs to get a quick overview and context for the sequence.
